Default GSR 4dr DB8 build

well recently i had picked up a fully disassembled b18c block. I am looking to make around 450-500 whp on stock sleeves and forged internals. Of course it will be boosted not sure on what turbo setup yet but my main concern is getting a bottom end that will handle that much power on a DD car. My concerns are that I am on a budget like everyone else i'm and i would like to spend the minimum amount as i can but i wont a bottom end that will be bullet proof i suppose?

----------I would definitely like to put this bottom end together myself rather than paying someone to assemble it!
This is what i have so far as the bottom end goes:

-machining
--Block needs to be cleaned up has corrosion all over it
--overbore? honing
--balancing (i don't know what i should get balanced besides the crank? Is that good enough or does the whole complete rotating assembly need to be balanced?)

So far i'm looking at eagle rods and whatever low comp. pistons i can get? I would like to get them used but im not sure if thats even possible? or i mean worth it.

Basically just choose whatever pistons u like everyone is goin to tell you different. Yes IMO I would get it balance and get a fluid damperner to save ur self on oil pumps. Ad I would just do a hone for stock sleeves but wait until u get ur pistons cause they some times are a slight bigger then stock bore. Other then that go big or go home no reason to do it the cheap way
