hey ih ave a crx zc with a home made turbo.. the turbo is out a mpv from japan..
heres my question.. when i just installed the boost only went to 6psi .. which is how it is suppose to be. then starting last week when i start boosting .. it keeps on boosting .. until it leans out = (
any reason why it would do that ?

vac line to wastegate hooked up?

 

Sounds like your waste gate isnt regulating the boost properly, is it internal or external?

mine did that too...never did find the problem, blew the motor before I could troubleshoot it

 

i was able to get a hold of another the exact same turbo. and same problem ..
hrmm ya myabe try changing the hose..
