How much to fix a wheel bareing?
well i honda told me that it was gonna be $300 to fix the rear driver side wheel bearing. He said that's for parts and labor,.... does that seem high to you? how much does a bearing cost?
We repaired my front right bareing. Cost about $50 for the bareing at autozone. Repair took about 3 1/2 hours. It was a pain because we had to take off the whole supension to get to the stupid bearing. I don't know how it is in the back wheel. Make sure if you do it, that you can get a machine to press the bareings out and back in. I think your local auto shop can do it.

Yes, The reason why my bareing went out was because my brakes were sticking, and that made rotor very hot and that warped my rotor and burnt my bareings.
TTT, anyone else have any info. on this.
I might pick up the part and try and install it myself.
How difficult could it be? Tools needed?
I've installed struts/springs before, so I'm guessin it would be easier then that.

just bought front wheel bearings for my 95 - $37 each
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
however I just looked and the bearings for the rear were 70 each. that for a 95 EX. and the labor looks a little more intense for the rears (you can see inthe diagram how many parts you have to get through until the the bearings comes out). What year accord are you talking about?

We had to use a special tool to get the control arm off. I don't know what it was called, but it kind of looks like a mini pitch fork. Good luck
