Default MSD fuel pump voltage booster?

Hey guys, I have a project ive been working on for the past couple years. 97 hatch built for boost (25-30psi). What my question is does anyone know if the MSD fuel pump voltage booster really works with a Walbro 255lph? I have been worried that I will only be restricted to only 500 hp with the pump alone, so ive been looking for another way to get more fuel to the motor. I want to be able to boost enough to where i can pull around 650-700 ponies. Any input or knowledge on this would be greatly appreciated.

the walbro 255 HP LPH is made for 12V. I think above that it actually flows less, basically just like more pressure = less flow.
