My Car Doesnt past 2000 rpm's
alright so i have a jdm b18c i just rebuilt the motor and put new pistons rods and a crank in. it will run and idle just fine. i can slowly rev up my motor to about 2400 rpm with no backfire but when i get to that point of 2400 it seems to be redlining at that point i've checked my timing three times it seems to be perfect i've printed out a vacuum diagram it seems to be ok. i have been thinking it may be a sensor or a fuel problem but i dont see how that could be. if you have any suggestions let me know please.

yea i do but i havent checked it. i was thinking about buying a obd1 reader and checking the flash codes but havent had the cash yet but i've been told by a couple people that it may be a fuel problem. do you think it could be fuel pump or regulator
^yup no obd1 reader...
jump wires and count the long flashes then the short flashes.
thats why you cant go past 2k because the ECU put you in safe mode cause you have too many CELs
fix all the CELS and youa re golden
