what does it take to get a f22b1 to 300whp

what does it take to get a f22b1 to 300whp
I have seen well over 300 hp from a stock f22b1. i am running this in my eg with f2b setup
so far i have
turbonetics 60-1
1 3/4 log style manifold
880cc injectors
deltagate
tial 50mm bov
wideband
crome
will i need a fuel presure regluator
i am sure after i get this setup going i am putting a f22a head, bisimoto cams and valve springs.
