Default Technical info questions on my current setup.Expert advice only please!!

My current setup is as follows:

Bottom: B18C1
Cp 9:1 pistons 81.5mm
Race Engineering Block Guard
Eagle Rods
New Bearings

Top: B18c1 Head
Non ported
Full Ferrea Head from Locks To Valve guides to valves and valve springs
Victor x manifold
ITR Cams
STR 68mm throttle body
Str fuel Rail
Precision 880cc injectors
Walboro 255lph fuel pump

Turbo:
Precision sc61 .63A/R
Precision 750hp FMIC
Tial 38mm Wastegate
SFP Manifold
Greddy BOV
2.5in I/C piping
3 Inch DP

Engine Managemaent: Hondata s200b

The question I have is that my goal is 500+ WHP and I hope what I have listed will get me there but if any of you novices on H-T can save me some headache and possibly list something I might need to meet these goals so I wont be dissapointed or even worse rebuilding. Any advice is greatly appreciated...

Bottom: B18C1
Cp 9:1 pistons 81.5mm
Race Engineering Block Guard < >
Eagle Rods
New Bearings <OEM and blueprint the bottom end >
Benson or GE sleeves <with all the money saved by things eliminated from your list then you can afford this>

Top: B18c1 Head < resurfaced and preferably rebuilt with a 3 angle valve job and new seals/ guides as needed>
Non ported
Full Ferrea Head <If your short on cash skip this >
Victor x manifold
ITR Cams <If you have to pay extra than the GSR cams are plenty adequate >
STR 68mm throttle body < 68mm = 2.67" and your ICpipe is 2.5">
Str fuel Rail <not needed, if you need the cash then skip this step >
Precision 880cc injectors <I'd throw in some 1000 cc's so you have room for the future >
Walboro 255lph fuel pump
AEBS or ARP headstuds and a new headgasket

Turbo:
Precision sc61 .63A/R
Precision 750hp FMIC
Tial 38mm Wastegate < 40mm or larger, is preferable, for your goals >
SFP Manifold <OK, but theirs better options>
Greddy BOV <Tial is preferable >
2.5in I/C piping
3 Inch DP

Engine Managemaent: Hondata s200b < unless you are buying used for a good price then go for s300, neptune, or chrome >

youll def want head studs and headgasket. sleeve the block and its a whole new ballgame too, youll see 500 with that setup and a lot of boost on a sleeved block and good *** tuning. as for the hondata s200...its baller. there are plenty of 500, 600, 700+ whp honda's running the s200. good luck with the setup though

You have a really good setup there, the only things I think that you could change is the exhaust manifold not that anything is wrong with it but with a equal length tubular one power would come in easyer. Other than that go with either s300 or neptune. I don't know if your gona daily drive this car in the sommer and winter time but if your planing on doing that get a ems that has air correction like the two I mensioned previously.

P.S. I don't know if you already have the blockguard but if not don't worry about getting one..

you def should be able to get 400whp out of it...you can invest extra $ in sleeves now for reassurance...or spend a lil extra coin in tuning..and agreed w/ others might as well run neptune on hondata s300...its a lil more $ but in the long run...it will make your car run better and smoother ...and if your gonna just run the s200...you might as well just get crome

I'd put a little more pep to your ignition since you may be revving it higher then stock and the added power to. Get an MSD blaster coil, but leave the stock ignition.

Neptune - cheaper then s300 and s200 and works better (not many tuners thoguh )

completely stock ignition here without a blaster coil... 441whp reving to 9500rpm daily and not breaking up on the dyno up top....

why waste your money where not needed?

agreed...im going for 400whp w/ stock ignition...just make sure you get some decent ngk's and good wires...and make sure your cap and rotor are in good shape and you should be a.o.k

most of the time...i see more problems than good when people upgrade ignition components...if you were going to upgarde...you might as well not go half ***'d and get cops w/ an ems...and call it a day...but thats $ and not everyone has it

Everything stock, including the plugs wires. Spark plugs are a couple steps colder and gapped tighter.

Yeah I havent changed anything ignition wise because im told you really dont need to..Unfortunately I have already purchased the s200. I should have posted this before I bought it considering everyone is saying to go with neptune or s300 but I got it new extremely cheap so I will be using it. The tuning will get done from Darin at Titan Motorsports in Orlando florida.
