Default B18C GSR JDM

Hi, I have a GSR Jdm with stock internal. I want to boost it! Can I Keep my stock gsr intake or it better to remplace by a Skunk2 and the Throttle Bodies by a Professionnal Product? I want great WHP gains and I'm not sure the best is:

T3 / T04B 63 Trim (200-400 HP)

TURBO SPECIFICATIONS:

compressor wheel: 55.4 / 69.9 mm 63 trim
compressor housing: T04B 0.60 a/r, 2¾" / 2"
center section: oil cooled journal bearings
Turbine wheel: 68 trim (stage1)
Turbine housing .63 a/r, 7 bolts outlet flange

OR

T31 / T04E 60 (250-500 HP)

TURBO SPECIFICATIONS:

compressor wheel: 58.2 / 74.9 mm 60 trim
compressor housing: T04E 0.60 a/r or 0.70 a/r
center section: oil cooled journal bearings
Turbine wheel: 76 trim (stage 3)
Turbine housing .63 a/r, 4 bolts outlet flange

I know that the B with the stage 1 wheel spool very fast but I'm not sure that he give big gains how many whp at 10psi or less

I know that the E with the stage 3 wheel spool very slow but at how many rpm? how many whp at 10 psi or less? Compressor housing is better for my motor at .60 a/r or .70 a/r?

Thanks and scuse my very bad english I'm a French Boy lol

What does IAB actually stand for, and how do you tune with them? Change what time they open? I've looked and all I can find on them is that when they open at the normal time you have more low end torque.

it depends on what your goals are for you car. me knowing that there are 2 butterflies in the gsr manifold id ditch it for an aftermarket.
different manifolds are designed to give you more power in the lower rpm power band and other give more power in the upper 6500+ so figure where you want your power and purchase the right manifold.
