Default T3/T4b with 60-1 wheel???

I was thinking about buying this turbo but just wanted to confirm that the info is correct. The turbo was a T3/T4b, but the compressor wheel was replaced with a 60-1. Is this possible using the T4b housing? Would this make it the same as the T3/T4 60-1 that cheapturbo.com is selling? Here are the specs given to me.
the specs on the turbo are:
t3/t4b
60-1 compressor wheel(very big)
.63a/r turbine housing
stage 3 turbine wheel

What do you guys think? Thanks.

This is what was written.
CMR is a pretty reputable place in Tampa.

"Built by Charlie at CMR turbos about a month ago and has extremely low mileage due to blown motor. has NO shaft play at all. in perfect condition. watercooled. upgraded thrust bearing. reached full boost no higher than 4000 in my civic.

specs:
T04B compressor housing 3" inlet with 60-1 wheel
T3 exhaust housing.
.63a/r with stage 3 turbine wheel "

it could be possible to put the 60-1 wheel in a to4b housing, though ive never seen it and it would take quite a bit of machine work...

the largest garrett wheel for the to4b is the 70 trim which has a 2.28 inducer and a 2.76 exducer

the largest to4e wheel is the 60 trim which has a 2.32 inducer and a 2.95 exducer

the 60-1 wheel has a 2.32 inducer and a 3.00 exducer

so with the largest of the to4b housings you would still need to machine .24" (almost a 1/4 inch) off of the housing to get the 60-1 wheel to fit, where-as the to4e housing only needs .05" of material to be removed
now as far as the to4b housing having an extra 1/4 inch af material to run this wheel in it safely.. im not sure..
