wiper problem solved
I thought I would share my findings.
My 97 accord wipers would only work when I would push down on the lever.
Turning the **** to any wiper speed would do nothing.
I tested the connector under the dash, got nothing so that meant bad switch.
I removed the switch by the steps outlined in the repair manual. No you don't have to remove the wheel and airbag. Only the switch comes out.
I found that 2 of the side clips that hold the switch together are broken making the switch loose contact inside. By pressing the switch back together it works fine. So a little super glue is all it needs.
