i have a question about doing an ls/vtec swap

what kind of water pump to use (vtec or non-vtec pump?)
what kind of timing belt (ls timing belt or b18c timing belt?)
what head gasket to use?

but heres what i know. double check first though:

non vtec water pump
vtec timing belt
ls head gasket

hope im right...hehe

 

i was always told to run vtec water pump, gsr timing belt and ls head gasket.

 

use vtec water pump, vtec timing belt, ls head gasket with copper retainers removed
