so i have a 92 rs, its got basic bolt ons i recently bought a blox intake manifold and had it installed, well it turns out that the intake manifold is from a obd1 motor so now the idle is all over the place, i was going to try to convert to obd1 but i'm low on funds so i was looking at chipping my pr4 to try to control the idle problem but its hard to find someone that chips obdo pr4's i found a chipped pm6 for a good price and was told this ecu actually works well w\ b18a motors, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

 

I think you didn't hook something up right or have a leak somewhere. Your ecu should be the last of your worries.

 

air leak blow some wd 40 and see where it blows.
or check the idle control valve.
