it is a 1995 civic EX (D16Z6)

ok here whats going on he installed headers and the car now wont turn on but I doubt this problem has anything to do with that

First I checked all grounds and fuses all fine. Fuel pump turns on its good. There is a pulse in the injectors so everything is fine.

Changed the battery still no go
Changed the Spark plugs still no go
Checked for Spark still no go

was told he raced a guy earlier and mishifted into second at 70mph only for half a sec..

ok so checked compression

all showed good around 175ish except for second on which showed lower but 150ish is not that low car should still start

checked another theroy bought Engine starting fluid and sprayed in throttle body to double check it was not a fuel problem but still cranking and not turning

checked the firing pattern everything is good

When cranking black smoke comes out of exhaust. Smell lots of gas(white/greyish smoke from headers) smoke appears to be comming from inbetween the shorty header and the w/e the pipe is called before the cat there is no gasket in between but I highly doubt that is the problem.

double checked his spark wires on my CRX it started it just fine

I also forgot to mention another friend that was helping me was truely a dumbass and lubercated the threads on the spark plugs but got that all cleaned up

checked the ECU also now and everything with ECU is fine and still not starting

I am clearly out of ideas anybody know something that could be wrong?

also did you check the main relay to see if it has power? and the black wire with a yellow line at the dizzy to see if there is power going to the dizzy....could be the coil...
