Acura Integra All Integra Except ITR

LS block questionsss. . . .PLEASE HELP .

Default LS block questionsss. . . .PLEASE HELP .

so i spun a bearing on my 94 LS b18b1 & now im looking for a new block . . .

i found an 99 LS block with b16 pistons & rods . . .

will it all workk or will i need different rods ?

the person selling the block to me says that it will work but im not sure .



ALSOO . . .
hes selling a b16 block & im wondeering if i can just slap my LS head on there & see if it works cause im not sure . . . & obv. the vtec wont work but thats the least of my worries .

but need answers so help me out . thanks .

yeah it should work you'll just have higher compression. but as for the mating your ls head with the b16 block, i've heard people doing this and having bad experiences with it.

ok so the b16 pistons & rods will work ? just have higher compression right ? ok not bad . i mean, the pistons are already in & they fitt fine . .im just wondering if the roids & all the other stuff will be fine also cause someone told me that id need ls rods cause the crank pulley is different for LS & b16 . . .

yes it will work
is just raising the compression.
as long as everything else was done right (rod bearings)

are you able to spin slowly?

some of my friends used to use the CTR pistons on a b18a block(LS)

ok perfect .

well i mean, didnt do the set-up yet but im doing it soon but i just wanted to know if it would be fine & looks to me that Honda-tech approves

a friend of mine had the same setup in his hatch & he said he was rapin gsr's .
