need some help bad. just put a 2000 Gsr into my 94 civic ex. tried to start it today and nothing. all I hear is the starter click. Now the motor came out of a 92 civic dx and was running with no problem so i dont think its the started. When i turn the key to Acc all the lights come on normal but my oil light wont turn off. so any help would be great. Also made the car from auto to stick.

 

check all the grounds.. there are 3 main ones.. the one from the head to the chasis, the one from the transmission to the chasis, and the thermastate housing ground located near the fan switch make sure you tighten that one down.

 

i would just go over everything and make sure everything is connected including grounds which alot of ppl miss

 

when you changed your car from auto to manual, did you wire those two black wires together from your stock auto shifter plug?

but definatly check your grounds over and over again. also check your starter. the skinny wire that plugs to the starter may be lose. check that as well. good luck
