Ideling issues!!!
Adjust idle.
Disconnect IACV with car running.
Turn Idle adjustment screw on Trottle body till desired idle is reached.
Run car until engine fan turns on.
Shut car off, connect IACV and clear ecu codes.
Turn car on and leave alone until fan turns on again.

one thing that i didn't mention, it goes up and down. for example, it goes from 800 to 300, the whole time fluttering.

NOpe.
I also have a fluctuating idle.....I just completly bypassed the IACV and adjusted idle to 850....fluctuates down to about 500 and up to 850 now.

my 91 ls auto would do the same thing. I backed the idle screw all the way out with no change. Turns out my exhaust can was off a tooth, and it was losing vacuum at idle. I reset the cam and it runs perfect. if you recently did the timing belt that might be your problem.....easy and free fix too.
