fuel pump?
I notice when i start my car and drive it feels normal, healthy, peppy, but once a couple of minutes have past its a dog. Could it be my fuel pump going bad? Or a injector? Has anyone ever been trew this?
Check for engine codes being thrown. Autozone will do this for free. Or see the many free online manuals for directions on how to obtain codes by yourself.
My first suspicion is the oxygen sensor. Is it OEM?
What year is this Honda? Engine

The car is a 1998 ex coupe. I do know that the last owner of the car had replaced the oxygen sensor but i dont think its a oem honda one. I did a tune up, plugs, cap rotor, wires, fuel filter. I did notice that when i replaced the fuel filter the old filter was really clogged and when i threw a new one on it was night and day with overall perfomance. Thats what makes me think that it might be the fuel pump. Im not sure that a clogged filter can cause a pump to go bad. I have owned the car for 3 weeks and never threw a code once and i know my check engine light works because i can see it turn on when i go to start the car.
A clogged fuel filter puts a huge strain on the fuel pump. Basically it's like when you breathe normally, then try to breathe through a straw. Basically it's a big restriction in the fuel system and makes the pump push harder to function correctly.
One of the ways you can check the fuel pump's flow is to check the pressure it's putting out according to the Hayne's manual. I myself am still actually trying to find a good way to hook into the fuel system on my girlfriend's 97 DX since the rail has no fitting and the line from the filter to the rail uses banjo bolts.

If either the O2 sensor, wires or plugs are not OEM, then any one of these could be causing your problems or will aggravate diagnosis.
Pull the oxygen sensor and see what the name on it is.
Because of what you found with the fuel filter, I would buy a bottle of Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner and add it to your fuel tank per the bottle's directions. Repeat.

I fixed it. When I first bought the car about three weeks ago I took the car to Jiffy Lube for a oil change. Those guys over filled my car by about a quart of oil. So last night I noticed that they had over filled it and drained some out. I didn't think that was going to solve my problem but when I drove the car again that night the car ran like a champ. I know this sounds like B.S but it fixed my problem. I will never trust Jiffy Lube again.
