i used to have this problem. i think u need the inline pump. not sure why but that is what most guys recommend. they also recommend to get a smaller disk then bigger injectors because with 12:1 and 8psi boost, ur fuel pressure will hit 138psi (12x8=96+42psi= 138psi). what will be very high for ur fuel lines. i would suggest changing disk to something like 6:1, get an inline pump, 310 or 370cc injectors and a VAFC to lean things out or u can just go with afc hack 450cc, pump and afc. OR better yet hondata

You do need an inline pump, the intank is not capable of such high pressure. I have a new Airtex ( the one that comes w/ the Drag kit ) for $135 SHIPPED.

This doesnt sound right...ur math is right but switching to smaller disk is little off. If your going to use stock injectors use the 12:1 disk. A 6:1 wont provide enough fuel. if you use u get bigger injectors then use a smaller disk like a 10:1 with 310's. I think its better to run rich than lean.

Edit: use the inline pump.

But ur right hondata or standalone is the proper way to go.

but with 10:1 and 8psi boost u will be at 80+42 = 122psi that is high right? i was told with that kind of fuel pressure u can damage something. with a 6:1 u will get 6x8=48+42=90psi which is also high but definitely safer than 10:1 and doesn't different sized injectors have a maximum fuel pressure that they can have? inline pump, 6:1 FMU with 310 or 370cc and VAFC should do the trick. What do u guys think?

Had you ever considered the V-AFC Hack?
