I just put a new battery and new altenator on my car and I still have pulsing headlights and dash lights?????? any input would be great.
my dome light does the same thing, but any way just a question do you have a sub? if so does it do it when it hits? if thats when it happens you need a capacitor.

nope no system at all. just stock speakers and clarion headunit. if someone lives near nashville as can fix it I will be willing to pay. NEED my car back on the road ASAP!!!
Check the grounds, deff. However, theres something called the ELD (electronic load detector) under the fuse box in the engine bay, take it out and clean it with electrical contact cleaner and see if that helps, its just a guess

Or if you have a junkyard around you, you can just go and pull a fusebox, I don't think cleaning it does any good.

its under it, so you may have to take a ratchet and socket, if thats what holds it down. Go to yahoo images, and type "honda eld" its the 3rd pic to the right i believe. That one is from a 99-00 civic but it'll give you a good idea
