Re: Car Not Starting. HELP ASAP!!
So to clarify: no lights at all are working? everything is completely dead? brand new battery never been used? everything was working properly before leaving the lights on?
Check to make sure the ground wire is bolted to the shock tower properly. Check to make sure the connections at the battery are clean and tight. Open the underhood fuse box to make sure the little screw bolts are holding down the wires in the right place so power can get to all of the fuses.

1993 Honda Civic DX 5spd
Similar problem. Car electronics work, put the key in the ignition, Clutch in (ALL THE WAY), turn they ignition key - Doesnt turn over ( Just clicks, Will make video if my roommate lets me use his camera )
try a few more times, nothing...
Then pull out the key, put it back in, try again, nothing.
Then pull it out, put it in, push clutch, turn key, fires up, no other problems...
The key is not the original.
(will make a thread as soon as i get pictures of the car, pretty clean for what it is???)

Re: Car Not Starting. HELP ASAP!!
i have a similar problem with my Honda Civic EX Year 97.
battery i fully charged, has gas, oil is good.
was running fine, but was parked for about a month without turning it on every once in awhile and now wont start. The spark plugs should be in good condition, they were replaced last year.
what can it be?

if it was sitting for a month then the gas could be bad, especially if its been done more than once without the gas being changed.
it does at least turn over though right?

Re: Car Not Starting. HELP ASAP!!
voltage test at battery, if good, test voltage at starter from battery positive cable. if not good, test voltage drop over starter feed circuit. check voltage drop over starter ground circuit. if everything is good, you should probably replace the starter
