Use a dremel, go to my threads. I have a DIY write-up using a dremel installing side markers

i agree with z6hatch. its easy, get a dremel and some templates from honda-tech and just cut accordingly. I've done 2 sets of civic fenders and 1 set of integras.

good luck

make sure you dont cut the holes too big tho. make a template from your pw:jdm fenders out of cardboard and cut the other hole to match exactly. thats what i would do...

but if he already has the other side done...he will want to make sure he gets them the same again.

OP: like i said...get a piece of cardboard and measure from the good side (from the door to light, bottom of fender to light, top of fender to light, and from the headlight to light.) make sure they are the same and make sure your light lines up straight and take your time. i didnt take my time and messed up a fender. there really isnt a certain place to put them...but it would look funky if you had one in one spot and the other in a different spot.

if you can't afford the dremel, just to go to your closest radioshack and buy a metal nibbler...about $15
