You cant even Compare the two...

Actual full control of the ECU vs the other option.

No question, S300 offers full control of almost everything in the ECU and Ultimate is just a piggyback. I would never run e-manage.

I had s300 ready ECU..But it has a problem..About p28 MAP reading..I sold s300 board seperately..Now I use JDM-P72Chipped ECU(Thanks Xenocron.Jay).with basemap(not pass 4000rpm).I m waiting for cams to tuning.
Because of this I think use Ultimate(my EF`s) to make fine Tuning..Now you ask why dont you use Chipped ECU for tuning..I dont know exactly what I need..moates?burn1 ? Anybody help me?

If you want to tune your own car, you need to pick which software you want to use:

eCtune
Neptune
Hondata
Crome

Then the hardware comes from there.

eCtune and Crome, you need a data cable and the Ostrich

Neptune, you need the RTP Board

Hondata, the S300 Board

I wouldn't run emanage ultimate on any honda/acura vehicle even if it was given to me.

The most cost effective solution would be to take your chipped ecu to a local honda/acura dyno tuner & have the car tuned on eCtune, Neptune, Crome, Hondata s100 etc. If you are tuning your self, hondata s300, neptune rtp, eCtune are the best choices at the moment

No, if you are using the S300, all you need is the ECU, S300 and a Wideband.

You only need the Emulator and Datalogging Cable if you are going to use eCtune or Crome.
