Default transmission noise.

i searched on the topic already, and according to the symptoms, sounds like it's a bearing problem i have in the tranny. most likely the ISB. just wanted to make sure.

the noise sounds really bad, driving and when im not driving, so i took some videos of both.

Stupid question: Does the tranny have enough oil in it?

i herd when driving but i cant make it out.. do you hear like some liquids in a blender?

has it ever been tooken apart?

i had a jdm d15b tranny i replace the case didnt measure right and i had liquid sounds or like a grinding sound when driving strait sometimes.. check the seals around the axles for any leaks.. my bearings broke off and the gears ate them. it also broke half the diff. but still had some slack to drive normal.. if you floor yours and grinds maybe the syncros are jumping.

but best way is to take it apart and see if it was similar to my problem.

I'll put money on that its the input shaft bearing. When you(i'm assuming from the vid) stepped on the clutch with it in neutral and it went away, its your ISB. Tech at the honda shop next door to my work had mine fixed in the time it took me to change into my work clothes and drop a deuce.

You'll have to open the trans to fix it. I bought all the internal bearings and had him replace them all, but he did say the ISB and one other bearing was shot. I think it was one of the countershaft bearings.
