ok well i just got my pistons in today and checked them out. i was excited to finally have everything. my buddy was going to bore and hone my block tomorrow. but then we noticed that the stupid pistons were standard when we ordered 75.5 over sized pistons for my Z6. i checked my receipt and it said 75.5 oversize but the pistons where just 75mm.

but not only that but im moving to Houston, TX on the 8th and my car is in the shop here in Austin, TX. so im going to have to drag my happy *** 2 and a half hours to finish my car when we have everything.

 

sucks brah.

 

damn...that sucks. i hate when people send you the wrong parts when you get all excited about finishing your car. i hate to hear that man.

 

o and i just noticed the rings that the pistons came with are 75.5mm

what kind of SH*T is that...

 

too bad your so far i wouldnt mind helpin ya paint it lol sorry too hear bout the pistons makes me nervous that is such

LOL. yea a paint job is actuially getting under way. but we r just doing the front end for now...

and getting rid of my fugly rims.

im doing black for now. but after i move back to Austin im re-painting the car. its going to be the gunmetal silver. with black or royal bronze LS mesh. im gonna get the spoon lip too.

ok well i finally got those pistons in today. and they look clean as hell!

we sent the block off today to get it bored and honed. and i should be set in about a week or so. i can't wait b/c i have a pice of crap d15b7 in the car right now just so i can drive the car. lol
