why do you want to reset the cell? it will come back within 80 miles of driving depending on what code it is. Fix the problem

sometimes you get a CEL when the problem is temporary.

an even easier method is to pull the 7.5amp fuse from the engine fuse box; no tools and not as hard on your electrical system

the radio or clock fuse will reset it. pull it out, let it sit for a few minutes and plug it back in.

it should be the only 7.5amp fuse in the engine fuse box (at least on mine). it really only needs to disconnect to clear the code; i've re-seated mine within five seconds numerous times and the code is gone. interestingly enough, it only seems to clear the code, but not the learned map of fuel trim. if you disconnect it for a long period of time (i think it's around 20 minutes or more), it appears to reset the learned fuel map as well.
