Default SOHC Mini ME Conversion HELP

I’m wanting to do a mini-me swap. I have a d15b7 in my 95 civic DX, and am looking at the d16z6 head.
My list and questions are as follows:

Gain:
Better compression (?)
Some horsepower

Parts:
(DOHC ZC pistons - MAYBE new pistons, to help increase combustion even more)
Head (d16y8 or d16z6)
Z6 head gasket
Z6 timing chain
Adjustible Cam (To make up for the timing chain size difference of half a tooth – I’ve also read that just using the d15b7 cam on the z6 head will work??)
Z6 vtec ecu?? (I’m confused about what ecu I need, and don’t know much about them anyways – Can I use my old one and just wire the vetc up? Also, where does the vetch solenoid come into play?)
1 z6 head stud (one corner of the z6 is raised where the b7 was not)
z6 spark plugs and wires (b7 are too cold for vtec?)

Ok..Aside from the question above, can anyone answer these also:
Can I keep my current water pump?
Radiator?
Manifolds (I&E)
Dizzy

I think that covers it..? Are those are the pieces I would need, and do I have anything wrong?

Thanks!

I think all D series exhaust and intake manifolds are all the same, might wanna wait for a second response. The Dizzy will need to be changed as you don't have a vtec dizzy.

Ok, so..
What kind of piston upgrades should I be looking at? Can I still use anything that would be compatible with a b7?

BTW if there is half a tooth diff like you say an adjustable cam gear will not correct wrong size gears iv never done a mini-me but played around with accords a lil to know that the gear ratio between crank and cam is set.. advancing it or retarding it wont help the ratio if its off from the spec ratio youl have valve clash immediatly after starting no matter how far you tweak your cam timing... do your research and find someone who knows the mechanic of a motor a lil more before you dump 400 bucks down the drain...
