Default new suspension, need advice

i really dont plan on lowering my car and if i do id ont want it slammed. Im looking at the Skunk2 racing adjustable coiloever sleeve kit for my car. As far as upgrading my suspension to "keep my wheels firmly planted on the ground" is this what i need? or should i look into gettin the full coilover suspension systems? I dont know much about suspension and i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction :D

it sounds like your going for function over form. The most functional drop is about 1 - 1.5 inches. You may want to get some struts along with the coilovers your talking about, I personally like Bilsteins. In additon, keep in mind that whenever you adjust the height of your car, you'll need an alignment as any tinkering with height messes with the cars camber and toe.

skunk2 coilover sleeve kits suck [excluding full coilovers of course] ... i bought a set and i split a sleeve in half ... if you want reliability/function with style get springs ... and of course some new struts ... but that's just my opinion from my personal experience

If you're not planning on slamming the car and only lowering it a reasonable amount, could I suggest just going with a springs + struts combo?
