It's fairly easy,
Step 1 Jack up car on Jack Stand's
Step 2 Remove axles from transmission
step 3 Drain Transmission Fluid
Step 4 remove all unecessary ground cables
step 5 move radiator over to get access to slave cylinder and remove that *10 mill bolts.
Step 6 remove rear transmission mounts
Step 7 remove VSS sensor plug on top of transmission and then remove starter *don't forget to unplug battery*
step 8 remove torgue mount
Step 9 move exhaust manifold out of way.
step 10 begin to remove transmission
step 11 after removing transmission use a 10mill 12*point socket to remove clutch plate and housing then so for with the rest and everything else to reinstall is in reverse also a d series transmission requires 2 quarts of motor oil 10 weight or i used shock proof but perferbly also honda transmission manual fluid.
pm me with questions i can walk you throught it.

a trick ive learned if the pilot bearing is stuck (which you should replace with your clutch) is to take and pump a bunch of grease into the hole, then take a dowl rod with some tape or whatever you can find to be a good fit in the hole, then push it in and tap with a hammer. saves alot of time.
