Hey guys i picked up this honda civic and i need it to pass safty and Emissions pretty soon.

Its a 1998 honda civic Hatchback DX model

What i know about the car was the o2 sensors were dead and the speedo did not work.

so i replaced the o2 sensors becuase i was getting a cel as well as the vss and cluster. and yet i still get CEL or 41 and 65 but the VSS code went away but my speedo still doesn't work.

So i checked under the car for the wiring harness to make sure its not rubbing againts the intake manifold and i found that there are two wires hanging beside the alternator, one is a black and yellow and the other is a blue and white.

also i found some confusing wiring on the drivers side harness where one of the wires is cut off.
