Default alternator obdI to obdII

Has anyone rewired an obdI alternator and used it with an obdII? I read somewhere that 2 wires are the same and the other 2 are different. Does anyone know which wires match up with which?

fyi: there are 4 wires on mine. A white, white/green, black/yellow, and white/blue.

i have there are two wires that are the same and the two that are diffrent colors.

obd1 :: the bottom left and the top right are the same but then just match t
obd2 :: the other two up and it should work fine. kinda hard for me to explain but if you keep the wires looking the same aka 2 corners will match then just put the other two corners together.
if that makes any sense haha soorry

Hehe...ok, I didn't get that. What do you mean by, "you keep the wires looking the same aka 2 corners will match then just put the other two corners together."?

OK I need to know this too. I have a OBDI wiring harness and an OBDII alternator and pigtail. Judgeing by the other post this seems to be the correct way:

OBDI |OBDII
black+ yellow | black+ yellow
white + blue | white + blue
blue |white + red
white + yellow |white + green

does anyone know if this is correct ?

If no on knows I'm going to try this, it seem right. If you hold the plug the same way two of the wires match up. The other two are different, but I assume they were going to the same place. I dont think honda would switch them, but you know happens when you assume...
