Engine mounts are toast... replace: OE or Poly?
Just picked up a '94 Integra and it seems to be jarring between shifts - and visually i know one of the mounts is done for.
This is just a daily driver, pretty much stock - will be droppin it about 1.5" soon. What is my best, cost effective option for replacing the mounts? OE? Poly?
and how hard is it to buy the inserts and do that install?
thanks.

The inserts are way cheap, rather effective, and install easily if you have any idea what you're doing. What you need to note is that the inserts are for the rear mount and lower mounts only, nothing for the uppers. Also note that the inserts are intended to be used with healthy OEM mounts as something to reduce engine movement, not as a band-aid for worn out stock mounts. Inserts will also compromise the ride quality to some extent.
My advice is to pursue new OEM mounts.

depending on what stiffness insert you get the engine vibration will increase from stock... i.e your dash may rattle and things may shake if you go with a stiffer insert ...
