swapping to better mounts
i got a h22 swap in my eg hatch.i think they are avid mount in there now, i bought some hasport mount and i start removing the mounts and installing the hasport. but the problem is that when i start the mounts they where off and the engine need to be moved forward to work with the hasport mounts.is that normal? If so how can i move the engine forward. i put a jack under it to hold it up, do i need to remove all mounts and move the engine forward or can i remove the side mounts and it will move?
i'm kinda confused...

Re: swapping to better mounts (92 CIVIC HATCH VX)
You are replacing all the mounts with the HaSport mounts, correct?
The HaSport mounts normally will place the engine in a different location in the engine bay, and it would normally require you to replace all the mounts. If that is the case, the easiest way to do so would be to support the enngine so that you can still move it around in the engine compartent (cherry picker) and then re-install all the mounts.
