NAPA starters? possible to get 3 bad ones?
So yeah, one day my starter died picked up a reman. from napa lasted me about a week so i exchanged for another one this lasted me 2 weeks and the third one (lifetime warranty supposedly) i dropped in didn't work at all?
first two starters had instances where it wouldn't start i would tap it with a wrench and it would start, and one where one day it wouldn't next day it would fire right up.
anyone had any problems with napa starters? or should i be looking for problems else where?
EM1 stock b16 btw.

save your self the labor and time wasting and get your money back and buy the factory reman starter and be done with it. cheap parts = repeat work.

i think your are better off getting a used OEM
starter from the market place then using
NAPA, I'm sure you'll have better luck getting
another B-Series Starter from a member then
keep replacing your starter

I'm not familiar with NAPA products, but with Autozone we have different levels of remanned parts.
For example, if you come in for a starter we will at least have the Duralast reman and the Valucraft reman. The Duralast is basically a rebuilt (so I hear). The Valucraft only has the parts found to need to be repaired, replaced.
So the better deal could be the Duralast in that example.

the last starter was their highest grade starter i guess with lifetime warranty first two were supposed to be standard.
i thought napa was a decent name to trust i guess not for remans, time to find a used oem i guess.
