starter just clicks

Default starter just clicks

my starter is acting up again. i saw a few weeks ago about how to change out two parts of the starter with parts from the toyota dealership.

does anyone have that link, ive searched and have no luck

i'd rather fix it for cheap ($20 or so) than spend over $100 at kragens for a starter.

Toyota parts? Sounds like you just need to put in a new set of starter contacts. They should be about $5 from honda, just little copper tabs. They go under start solenoid plunger.

odd. when i do the search for "starter toyota" i only get back one result, which doesnt include the how to and part #s for the starter contacts
