Default idle issues

i have a built gsr turbo setup. my car was tuned and everything was running fine and for some reason it just started with the idle getting messed up. it still drives fine (a little leaner than before) but when its idling the car a/f is around 16.5-17 and if i hold the switch to make the windows go up and down it goes back to 14.5-15 and as soon as i let off it goes back to 17 again. this seems like some kind of electrical issue. has anyone seen this before? what can i do to fix this?

Take the car back to your tuner & have him review the issue.

Do a quick check of your grounds and voltage.Your battery maybe down a cell and the alternator can't keep up at idle.Low voltage will drive you nuts.
