It's top secret. I'm j/k. It's probably an HKS SSQV or something like that, but you do realize that a lot of that flutter that you hear is actually compressor surge right? Some of it could be the BOV at times. Maybe you knew that, but that's not good on your turbo. People always argue whether or not it's the bov or turbo but I know what compressor surge sounds like and a lot of that video is exactly that.

the flutter is from being at lower boost every car does it...theres a ton of difference in the sound of my BOV when im at 2-6psi then when im at 10psi. to me it sound smore like wastegate chatter....OP its most likely an HKS SSQV...its not gonna sound like what it does on that car since that cars pushing massive boost 
if you dont want compressor surge get synapse but that still sounds like that one when at low level of boost
