Default Clutch Pushed In Makes Bad Noise

So I'm 300 miles away from home and I hear this weird sound from the 94 Integra (140k miles) whenever I push in the clutch to the floor, like a rubbing sound. Can't isolate the sound.

Rubbing/metallic sound when:

-clutch pushed in only
and also makes sounds at a dead stop w/ clutch pushed in
-hard to shift into gears (all gears)
-car seems to stutter a bit @ <5 mph
-runs fine when actually in gear

Throw out bearing?

Thanks.

your clutch sounds like it's basically f**ked. try not to shift unless you have to. the exact same thing happened to my other car two weeks ago. tore the tranny out and part of the clutch face was missing and ball bearings rolled out of the bellhousing. the throw out bearing fell apart upon removal.

well if you can adjust your clutch cable, it might be pushing the throwout bearing a little too far...had this with my 99 teg.....someones clutch starts to go, temperoary fix to make the pedal tighter.....when all it does is cause more probs...

hahah what? Integras have not had a clutch cable since 1993. His 94 does not have a clutch cable, and neither did your 99.

what you're describing isn't a "squeek" or a "haunted house wooden door" sound is it?

thats what i have and people say it's nothing but if it annoys you, then lube the spring on the clutch pedal
