Default Transmition whine when accelarating

Okay, so I'm comming here because I'm stumped, I have a 1996 integra gsr. The other night I was on the interstate running my car pretty hard. I noticed the clutch was slipping pretty bad when I stomp it at 3k rpms and would slip to 4700rpm. Also for the longest time I have a bad whining/grinding noise when I accelerate and decelerate. And when I sometimes push my clutch pedal in it makes a knocking type sound and sometimes with the the clutch pedal released it makes a whirling grinding sound in neutral. So I am thinking clutch and throwout bearing is making noise. But want a second opinion

You need a new clutch, throwout bearing and likely one or more internal bearings.
