I have a 98 civic ex with a jdm B16a2 and just finished putting my 99-00 SI jrsc kit on(base kit) and its idling up and down.after about ten minutes it idles high at 2000 RPMs. also when I reach 3000 rpms or over it seems like it doesnt want to go anywhere even though i can here the supercharger..its also showing 3psi full throttle but when in nuetral full throttle it shows the 6 psi it should be....?

first problem is, you got a vacuum leak. get some cans of carb cleaner and find it and fix it.
