Could you give me some pointers if you have any experience with this? I'm going to do one (not myself lol) in the next year or so and just wanted to know how much work is involved, I know that the bottom end needs some oil ways drilling for the Vtec or so I've been told!

whats an ek4 head?is it a SOHC or DOHC

 

Hey, Sorry, wasn't very specific.

Its the B20 bottom end onto a B16a2 head.

 

well that's not an ek4 head but yes a b16 head will work with a b20 block

Anyone know how difficult it will be? and does the bottom end need some oil ways drilled for the VTEC? Any info is appriciated.

 

buy a golden eagle ls/vtec-b20/vtec conversion kit it comes with everything you need
(head gasket,head studs,fittings,oil lines etc) you cant go wrong with that kit
