Default Need help engine/electrical problem

Well to sum things up, my ecu is throwing a million codes, such as bad secondary o2, Vehicle speed sensor malfunction, Electrical load detector circuit, etc., etc. I was just driving noramlly when my Speedometer stopped working. Then when I got onto the highway, if I let off the throttle and got back on my car would not even respond for like 10 sec. and then my car would start to accelerate. Anyone have any ideas to what might've happend?
