Default Window came off track on my EK

From what I understand I have to replace the regulator. Is this something most people can do? I don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge. I'm sure I could take the door panel off and get to it but I'm not too sure if there is more complicated stuff in there that I should leave up to a mechanic. I know someone who said they'd do it for $90 + labor. The $90 is for the regulator.
