go to autozone and get some silicone spray. then spray the sides of the window or the tracks. if you'r e not lazy, then pop open the door panels and spray it. there's a tutorial on HT somewhere if u look for it. teaches u step by step w/ pics

If it's tilting out of the track then somethign is probably damaged. The motor would not be the issue. I'd bet it'd be the tracks or the regulator or both. Once can eventually cause damage to the other.
Look in the "common problems" thread for a link to the TSB on this problem. I posted the thread (so you can look in my created threads) or you can find it in the FAQ.

its not a problem with the windows sticking or being hard going down or up.
its that the window when i put it up it tilts forward and for me to close the window right i have to hold the window back and hit the switch. but i put a brand new regulator and motor on the door. i went on alldata at work and seen how to adj the window rails i did that and the rails are all the way inwards but the window still leans forward and feels loose

regulator has definately taken a crap on you

Re: ek window problems (fasthcrx)
Have fun! I can't even count how many times i've had my doors apart trying to solve this same issue in my 99 dx. I tried the silicone spray as previously mentioned, which works great IF you're windows go up straight to begin with, just makes the glass slide easier in the rubber tracks. What I finally ended up doing, (not saying this will work for you or not), was on the front rail at the bottom, theres a slotted aduster hole, I cut mine longer towards the back (because my window was tilted forward when rolling up too) and adjusted the rail back more into the new cut. I also made sure the rear rail was adjusted all the way forward, so there was virtually no front to back movement in the window. I soaked the window tracks down with silicon spray and its been working for me since. Everynow and again when I notice my windows getting harder to go up (mine are manual) I spray them again. Hope that helps you a bit-
