i have a 1995 civic. i turned off my car and went in to a store. when i got back in to my car turned the key and nothing happend. its not cranking over. the batterys fine. replaces the starter. all the fuses looks good. i need some ideas.

What did you buy in the store?

 

and what did you do the week before??

It's all vital information that we all need to know!

Especially what you ate 20 hours prior to your car breaking down!

 

Does the engine turn over? Does it just go click once? Does it go click click click click? Do you get nothing? No power at all? Did you eat 100 cheese burgers while McD's had them on special and its weighing down the car too much?

 

nothing no clicking . it could be all the fast food that i eat.

 

if stick you clutch switch might not be activating it self look under dash right next to clutch

 

Does anything else work? Like the radio, headlights, interior lights, etc?
Check the wires to the starter, maybe one came loose, or fell off..

 

light, radio and windows all work fine.
