Default 95 LS keeps cutting off.

So, I am driving, my car cuts off when I am practically 0-5 mph. I try to start it, it just turns over, it could turn over for a while.

If I leave it alone probably about 30 minutes and start it, its good.

Need help, thanks.

Does the tach needle or speedometer needles jump around?
Does anything happen before the car shuts off?
Rough idle?
Noises?

Tach needle only goes down before it cuts of of course haha.
It idles normally.
No weird noises.

This just kind of sprung on me.

Its a basically stock LS BTW.
