Mine does the same. Have you tried cleaning your IACV?

Does this mean that your idle is fluctuating between 1-2k RPM? Any CELs?

I like to spray carburetor cleaner trough it while the car is running. With the air intake removed, start the car and feel for suction in te two ports inside of the throttle body. Spray the carburetor cleaner through there. This forced the cleaner through the IACV. The car will most likely stall when you are spraying. Leave it sit for a minute, restart, and spray again.

It is very difficult to clean the inside of the IACV when it is not operatng. What I suggested flows the carburetor cleaner through the IACV.
