Identifing Chrome or uberdata or what else is out there on a ecu

I bought this car and the P28 is chipped. Looks like 2 spots have resitors soldered in also one spot has a jumper. Ill post a pic later but curious to know.

sure that stuff isnt oem ?

I dunno . its socketed and some soldering done. Ill get pics today
