What does "sounds horrible" mean? Is it raspy? Do you have a resonator? Do you have a catalytic converter?

Do you have the correct donut? I assume the heat shields have all been removed.

it had correct donut... the headers are 2 1/2 and pipe is 2 1/4 but i got the adapter for it with the donut the flange kit that goes from 2 1/2 into 2 1/4..... i think it has something to do with the headers because thats when it all started

Can you make this rattle when revving without moving the car? Is the rear header support installed?

I'm not an exhaust expert but a resonator would probably help, I'm assuming it's a custom bent exhaust from the cat back?

i think u just answered your own question buddy... fix the leak and your raspy noise will probably go away.... LEAKS = ugly sounding exhaust
