Default How long to set the turbo timer for?

How long say;
after a hard run?
a short drive, no boost?
short drive occasional boosting?
lond drive no boost?
long drive, occasional boost?
I got mine set for 2.5 mins right now for when I don't boost and after a night of racing I set it for the full 10mins.... Long but I rather be safe then sorry I guess.

i let mine go for like a minute after boostin around.....and if im just drivin normal like 20 seconds......you have to remember you only really need to let it idle really after a hard drive.....think of all the stock turbo cars that have no turbo timers and they last a long time! same turbo principals.......so if your just cruisin around or not really on it you dont even need to use the timer! and 10 MINUTES HOLY SH@T thats a long time!! i think thats over kill unless you just dyno ran your 1100 hp skyline or something!

Woah..10 minutes, thats a bit overkill. I would say around 30 seconds after cruising around 2-4 minutes after some good boosting.

mine is set for 20sec no matter what. then adds time acording to how long my engine stays running, then more time the more i boost over .2 bar (i think it is .2)

Thats because they are WATER-COOLED, most turbos people buy here aren't or don't hook it up.

I myself have a t3/t4e and its water-cooled and I MAKE USE OF IT.

I let my **** cool down 40 seconds after a tad more then normal driving, no time at all if its down the street or to quickcheck or something.

If I boost hard or have a LONG drive I let her sit 3 mins and 30 seconds....
