yea, see the tokicos came with eibach springs... but they are too tall for the rex... make it sit very high.... wat i was thinking was to take them to this shop n see if they can cut them down a bit from the bottom... i believe i've heard its not such a good idea, but wat do u guys think? no welding, just cutting from the bottom ends...
Well, cutting your springs will lower your car, but they will increase the spring rate and you will not know what that is. Also, the springs will likely fall off the perch when you jack up your car. Tokico blues will not be able to dampen properly if you lower your car more than 2"--they are only designed to handle a 1.5" drop maximum. You will bottom out a lot.
I suggest you sell your Blues and pick up some Illuminas or AGX's if you want to lower your car more.
Another tip. eBay springs are terrible. They are just wound up coils with no research and development whatsoever. From past experience ( I bought an EF with them), I can't imagine what could properly handle those crappy springs. Maybe race valved Koni yellows.

hmm... well i've been looking around, n the basic tien dampers seem like a good choice... so i might go with those... any other sugestions guys? and spring rate, is'nt that basicly the recoil of the spring?
I have some tein lowering springs, that will go good with your struts for 150$ shipped.
There the tein s-techs.

Those will go good with his struts, but he is looking for something lower than his Eibach Pro kit and Tein S-techs are around the same drop.
Spring rate is the amount of weight/pressure that it takes to compress a spring a certain distance/length.
